April Singing time

Here is my schedule for April. I had a few people comment on the last one so here they are. I'm excited about this week I think it will be very special for the kids.

Date: April 13, 2008

Opening Song: Follow the Prophet Pg. 110 verse 1

Reverence Song: Love is spoken here, 2^nd verse pg. 190

Singing Time: Bear Testimony of the solemn assembly. We Thank Thee O God for a Prophet

Words written on back of pictures of all 16 prophets. Sing it, turn over 2 pictures. I will tell them something about each prophet as a child. Sing again & so on. Once they are all turned over have them look at their favorite prophet and sing the song to him. If we have time we will sing

Singing Time: Have the class pass off Primary Program songs. (I made a poster with a box for each verse and each class can put a star in the box when they pass off the song)

Singing Time: Review We Thank Thee…use rhythm sticks.

Review all songs, use Stakes visual aids for If the Savior. Play name that word for the rest of the songs
