About Me
- Becky
- I started out as a daughter and sister. Then things progressed and suddenly I was also a young child and a friend. As I grew I became a teen who was boy crazy and also enjoyed singing and performing in musicals. For a brief time I was a college student and then a newlywed. I enjoyed working in the "real world" as a claims adjuster's assistant. Then out of nowhere I was suddenly grown up and taking on the most challenging role of my life, Mother of 4. Now the time has come for the role of daughter to join the main players at center stage with the additional of the title, "caregiver".

Careful what you pray for.
This morning Max was on a frantic hunt for his Kung Fu Panda toy that we got at Carls Jr. He was very upset that he couldn't find it. I only had about 1 hour until I needed to get Elese up from her nap so I told him I would help him after I showered. After the third time of him coming in the bathroom asking me to help him find his toy I said a prayer. "Heavenly Father, I have a lot of things I want to get done today, please help us find this toy quickly so that I can get on with my day." The second I turned off the shower I heard Elese crying (1/2 hour before she should have woken up) and I knew exactly where the toy was. Sure enough it was in the kids room sitting on the floor with what I'm sure was a smirk on its face. Thats what I get for praying for selfish reasons I guess. I'm sure Heavenly Father, my dad and my nephew Justen are having a pretty good laugh about their way of answering my prayer. Now I get to try to make a quilt & clean the house with my kids hanging on my legs.
