Elese was turning into a fantastic big sister. One morning while I was showering and Sam sat close by in the bouncy seat I peaked out of the curtain to see Elese reading him a book. This was something that she continued to do throughout the first weeks of Sam's life.
While trying to figure out what to do with his arms Sam would often raise one up in the air. One day while Steven, Max, Sam and I were all laying together in our bed he raised his hand. I said, "Yes Sam, did you have a question." Then Steven responded in a baby voice and said, "Why am I drooling?" Max thought it was hysterical and laughed so hard he cried. His laughter was contagious and before long we were all crying.
On April 18th Sam had his first bottle. He has yet to have anything other than breast milk thanks to the investment we made in a good breast pump.
