Steven took the kids on a hike while I ran an errand and
when I met them I discovered that Max was in a long sleeve sweat shirt and
Elese in a long sleeve shirt. We stopped
home before going to get ice cream and both kids said they were hot and wanted
to change their shirts. Elese came
running out saying “I’m ready.” And she was wearing a long sleeve SWEAT shirt.

Me (dropping Max off at school): “Bye Max, have a good day. Don’t kiss too many girls!”
Max (blushing): “Mom!
I’m not going to kiss any girls.
Besides, I’m not old enough.”
Me: “What if you were old enough?”
Max: “Well I wouldn’t do it in the middle of school!”

While looking through Max's school work I found this response to a question about how he knew the answer to this math question.

Elese: "look mom. That car has lots of stuff in
it, that's why I'm going to laugh. Ha ha ha ha."
