Samuel is growing up fast. I've never met a kid quite so serious and observant. Sam also knows exactly what he wants and is as vocal as he can be about it without actually saying anything. When meeting new people (and sometimes even people he knows and loves) he is very skeptical and has to get to know you on his terms. When Steven's nephew Mark who recently left on a mission (Feb 2013) would try his hardest to get Sam to love him Sam would be even more cold to him. He is quite a stinker.
Samuel loves saying MaMa and Dada...and even now (3/13/13) that's still really all he will say. He likes talking on phones and when I put his hair in a mohawk he gets mad and smashes it down with his hands.
He also likes to eat food out of his bib.
Here he is enjoying some leftover Mac & Cheese.
So...all my notes just disappeared from my iphone! This has happened before and I thought the problem was solved and now-out of the blue it all just disappeared...so the last thing I read really has nothing to do with this post but I will mention it anyway. Around this same time Samuel would cry...you know like a little baby cries and Elese said-"If I were a baby I wouldn't cry." The only way I could think to respond was "Well your 5 and you cry...a lot". Silly girl.
About Me
- Becky
- I started out as a daughter and sister. Then things progressed and suddenly I was also a young child and a friend. As I grew I became a teen who was boy crazy and also enjoyed singing and performing in musicals. For a brief time I was a college student and then a newlywed. I enjoyed working in the "real world" as a claims adjuster's assistant. Then out of nowhere I was suddenly grown up and taking on the most challenging role of my life, Mother of 4. Now the time has come for the role of daughter to join the main players at center stage with the additional of the title, "caregiver".
