Back to the Gym

I started working out again last week and it has been great! I went to Step at 6am on Monday, Zumba (check it out on youtube it is soo much fun) on Wednesday, Cardio Interval (kicked my butt) on Friday, Step on Monday again, and yoga yesturday. I'm loveing getting back into shape...sort of. I've gained 5 lbs but I've been eating everything in sight. I figure that I should use this time to increase my motabolism and then in a couple weeks once my motabolism is reved up I will cut some calories. Anyway, if you've been putting off exercising I say DO IT!!! You will feel great once you start going!

Hey girl! It feels great to get started again huh? School is over officially for the summer!! YEA!! And I don't have to work until 10:30 so I am starting to get back into gear. i can't eait! I feel so yucky being lazy. : ) Good for you and keep it up!
