Are you Mediocre?

I think that every mom (and every human being for that matter) feels mediocre 50% of the time and less than mediocre 40% or the time with higher than average amounts of confidence the remaining 10% of the time. I for one don't want to continue feeling mediocre so I'm going to try and lessen my mediocrity as a mom by setting simple goals for myself. Because I believe that most women feel the same way I'm starting a website just for moms. The launch date is set (I hope I make it) for October 1st. The idea is to give mom's something to do every day to help them feel like better moms. I'm getting ideas and having lots of ideas just randomly jump into my head. If I wasn't setting this up as a website I wouldn't be quite so motivated to actually do the things I'm suggesting to my readers. I do not expect my readers to do everyday's task..life happens...I'm sure I won't (Heck I'd be happy with once a week) but I'm still very excited for the small changes and acts of playfulness that will help my relationship with my children and husband.

My computer is still having issues and that is why I haven't been blogging. I would have posted the logo (thanks babe for being SO talented!) but it is on my computer that may or may not freeze up at any moment. Sorry, that was a little off track. Anyway, this is something that I can blog about that doesn't involve posting pictures (other than the logo of course).

So, I'll give you all the domain address once things are a little more presentable (Most likely Oct. 1st 2009) but for now you will have to be satisfied with the title of my blog, The Mediocre Mom's Guide to Greatness (Activities for you and your kids).
