80's Flash Back *May 19th, 2012*

My friend and visiting teacher Crystal was turning 30 and had been talking for the longest time about having an 80's themed birthday party.  When the time came she was pregnant, working from home full time, and supporting her husband through his Black Belt test.  She decided that she just couldn't do it all and so her party fell to the wayside.  Crystal, Jennie, Sheila and I get together every Thursday night for Vampire Diaries and chatting.  After Crystal went home one night I suggested to Jennie that we throw her a surprise party and so we did.  Crystal was so surprised and even cried.  It ended up being a really fun night with lots of good food, friends, and crazy 80's dancing in the cultural hall at church.  One of the funnest things about it was shopping for our 80's garb.  I totally think that Steven looks like Austin Taylor Thomas from 90210.
