Christmas Time Adventures *December 2011*

12/2/11 I took the kids to go see the Elves at Gardener Village and when we got home there was an Elf and a book on our kitchen table!!! The kids decided to name the Elf Rosie and she kept an eye on them and would move around the house so she could check on them.  At night she would go to the North Pole to update Santa and then return to a different spot when she got back.  The kids loved waking up every morning to go find her new hiding spot.

We took the kids to Shopko so they could pick out a toy for Toy's for Tots.

Counting down the days until Christmas

12/10/11 We took Trax see the lights at Temple Square and then got some dinner at Training Table where Sam enjoyed some french fries.  In other news I also won a Bosch Mixer earlier in the week. 

12/11/11 Putting up Grandma Heumann's tree.

12/12/11 This year we started the tradition of getting each of us a new ornament for our tree. 

12/19/11 Elese got a roller brush stuck in her hair but Aunt Lithia was there to save the day.

12/26/11 Elese asked to sleep in the tent she got for Christmas.  I was sure she would have eventually just gotten into bed.  I was wrong.  

12/27/12 Samuel discovered where we keep the cereal.
