On April 15th - just after picking the kids up from school-Steven showed up to surprise us. He had decided to come early and we were thrilled. Rather than just sticking to our regular after school routine we decided to get some more use out of our Pass of all Passes and head to the bowling ally. Some how I managed to bowl a 141 while 8 months pregnant and I even got a turkey. Max came in a close second with 123 - Steven got 107 and was so very ashamed. Elese got a 74 and Sam was a great helper.
On April 18th Sam decided to empty one of my baking drawers and decorate the floor. That's just how he rolls. I think I left them out for Steven to pick up so I didn't have to bend over.
On the 20th Steven's friend Mike gave us some sod to replace the "rock collection with" and helped us cut down our dying tree. I had the kids climb it one last time.
On the 29th Elese showed me her yoga moves while Sam watched me put together the car seat.
We also made the baby these fun onsies. They turned out really cute. The only problem was that they became completely faded after just a couple of washes but the kids would get so excited whenever I would have her wear their onsies.
About Me
- Becky
- I started out as a daughter and sister. Then things progressed and suddenly I was also a young child and a friend. As I grew I became a teen who was boy crazy and also enjoyed singing and performing in musicals. For a brief time I was a college student and then a newlywed. I enjoyed working in the "real world" as a claims adjuster's assistant. Then out of nowhere I was suddenly grown up and taking on the most challenging role of my life, Mother of 4. Now the time has come for the role of daughter to join the main players at center stage with the additional of the title, "caregiver".
