The Heumann Experience: Fabulous February *February 2014*

On February 3rd my brothers and I met to discuss the plans for my mom to move in. We decided on sometime in the summer. Blake and I would talk to her about it on a Tuesday night (I think that next day). She felt ganged up on and said that she was not going to move into my house anytime soon but she would be happy to give me the money to remodel my basement so that maybe, someday, she could move in. It wasn't a horrible discussion but she was not happy about things.

On February 4th Elese was reading her school book and Sam climbed up next to her and was looking at his book and repeating the words that Elese was saying.

On February 6th Elese was assigned her part for her Up With Kids play. And she promptly turned into a diva.

David is working on an animated short and Steven Max and I are the models for his main characters. We had to do specific poses for him to make 3d models of us.

Max played choo choo trains with Sam. Sam would put all the pillows on the floor and we would have to sit on them and pretend we were on a train. He would also do this with laundry baskets but he would want us to push him around. Sometimes we would just grab his shirt ("couple up") and run around the house.

On February 10th we started clearing out the storage room to prepare for the remodel.

February 18th Olivia started crawling while we were going over remodel plans with Darren...

...and Elese was kicking my butt at bowling for our mommy/Elese date.

Olivia discovered the dvd case and how to steal Sam's toys.

I would take turns volunteering in the kids' class rooms. This is Max's class having Junior Achievement.

Sam's favorite song was from Elese's play so we would listen to it all the time. The song was despicable Me or as Sam would call it "Bad day". This was the first time he ever tried singing. He loved singing along with this song.
Sam fell asleep in the car. We would later learn that the reason he always wants the ac on is because "Hot make me fall asleep."

Sam made his first attempt at climbing a ladder at the park.He was so proud.

Steven went Ice Climbing for At Your Leisure.

The Geek Revenger and the Geek Report set were set and ready to go.

After some last minute shopping....

and a stop at Cindy's to see if she had any t1 clothes...

it was time to film the pilot on February 25th.

This was a very exciting and busy time for Steven. He did a fantastic job with his monologue. After filming the pilot we went out to dinner and then rushed to see Hailey get set apart for her mission. Steven finished up dinner with the crew and rushed in just in time in jeans and another church shirt he had in his car. It was bed time so the kids were all in their PJ's. Elese (and the rest of us, but especially Elese) loves that Hailey!
